Homeowners dues pay for many services in your community, including security, water infrastructure, road repair and maintenance, gardens and common area maintenance. The annual dues for 2011 are $1,296 in U.S. Dollars.

To help with the cost of processing and accounting, there is a handling fee of $30.00 for this option.

The Boca Rio Condominiums, and the 12-Plex Condominiums-Bldg 156 are different entities than the lots, villas, duplexes and custom homes, therefore their payments are processed separately. Please click the appropriate button below.
